Kundalini Yoga is a yoga of awareness and is considered the most comprehensive
form of the Yogic traditions.

meditation, mudra and mantra.
The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness. with an accumulated
effect to clear limited beliefs and habits. Kundalini Yoga is not a religion and is more than a mere series of exercises for the physical body.
