Aquatic Therapy and Exercise

Enjoy exercise and rehabilitation in a shallow-water heated pool with depth of 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 feet. 

Aquatics is an effective mode of exercise and shallow-water exercise as an appropriate alternative for land-based training and as a viable mode for cross training. The evidence-based research shows shallow-water:
